NABPP Orders
Thank you for placing your order. Please follow the directions below so we can complete your bankruptcy as soon as possible!
Step One:
Download our bankruptcy intake questionnaire. To do this please right click on the link and choose Save As in order to save it onto your computer. You can also click on the link, the document will open and then you can go to File>Save in Word to save it to your computer. If you have problems please email us at “michael” @ “bankruptcyformprocessing.com”, we would be glad to help you, but PLEASE ask nicely! You will be able to type your answers into the word document. We also have the forms available in PDF format but you will have to write your answers and fax us the completed forms.
Step Two:
Order your credit report. I know this seems silly, but a lot of clients find out they forgot about a debt, it wasn’t included in their bankruptcy, and now they are getting collection calls again! Ordering your credit report will make sure all of your debts are included.
Gather all of your bills, W2′s, paystubs, and other income, tax returns for the last 3 years, and information for property you own.
Step Three:
The new laws force all filers to attend a 90 minute credit counseling session unless there are extenuating circumstances. You can find the agencies near you that offer these sessions here. We will complete your petition, but you need to attend this class before we send it to you for filing with the courts. You will have the chance to mark that you are exempt from this requirement if you are.
Step Four:
Make sure the questionnaire is COMPLETED. That means ALL zip codes, account numbers, everything the forms ask for. We are not magical, we cannot look this information up for you, we can only complete the bankruptcy petition with the information you provide, so if you provide incomplete information we will be forced to not complete your petition. When you are done, SAVE the file as YOUR FIRST NAME LAST NAME and email it to us at “michael” @ “bankruptcyformprocessing.com” or fax it to 1-866-355-6298.
Step Five:
Call your local bankruptcy court to get the following information and ask any other questions you may have:
List of exemptions you may use for Schedule C
How many copies do you need to file
How do you pay the filing fees
Are there any local forms you need to file with the petition
Step Six:
Once your bankruptcy petition is filed you will need to complete the Personal Financial Management course and file the associated form. You can find an approved agency offering these courses here.
